Washi tape wrapped frame…

So today I have another crafty project for you. It’s been great moving into a new house as I’ve got to create some new things for it. I found these round photo-frames in Poundland for £1 funnily enough, and thought they’d be great for displaying some of my favourite nail wheels. I got them in purple, pink and blue as at the time I didn’t know how my room was going to turn out. Unfortunately after decorating it, only the pink sort of matched. I decided it would be feasible to wrap the other colours in washi tape to make them more suitable for my room!

1. All you need is some washi tape, scissors and a photoframe.
2. Wrap the tape round the frame.
3. Keep wrapping until the whole frame is covered.
4. Ta da! Completed frame with nail wheel.

    1. Thanks! Definitely give it a go, I’d love to see your results! I end up buying washi tape all the time and never know what I should actually use it for. So it was a good excuse to actually use up a few rolls. It was surprising how much was actually needed, I ran out so still have another frame to wrap, just watch out!

      1. Haha, I hear ya! I keep buying it too and it just sits there in the drawer doing nothing lol! I’ve seen on pinterest washi tape wrapped around the bottom of tea light holders which looks pretty cool and upcycled tin cans into pen holder with bands of washi tape.

      2. I’ve wrapped boring note books in it before but that’s about as experimental as I’ve been. I also see your critters nail art are based on paperchase purchases, isn’t that just the worst and best shop ever. I’m glad I don’t live in a town that actually has one, I spend waay too much money in it.
