So I’m actually pretty happy with how these turned out. Like I’ve said previously, I want to do something with my Pokemon nails other than just painting them as they are sort of thing. Since Geodude are ‘sometimes mistaken for rocks’ (Bulbapedia) I thought it would be funny to have them kind of hidden – are those Geodudes or just rocks, I thought it would be quite cheeky to have the foreground ‘rock’ having a wee peek. For Graveler I used my crushed shells for a base then painted over it, which worked out quite well as it gave him texture and an uneven colour just like rocks. Out of the set I like Golem the most, I decided to have him ‘self-destruct’ which is maybe not how you’re used to seeing him. Whilst on Bulbapedia I came across an image of a Golem ‘Pocket Monsters Carddass Trading Card‘ which I thought would look great on to a nail. I hope you agree!
Also, having completed this set it means that I’m now half way through, yaaaay! Who are you looking forward to seeing being painted on a nail?

You totally should! I wouldn’t recommend doing all 151 though, it’s taking me aaages. Pick your favourites or something, or only e.g fire types. I’d love to see them!
